During trail rides, we may collect GPS location data for safety purposes. This allows ride leaders and event staff to monitor rider positions, respond to SOS signals, and ensure all riders complete their routes safely. Location data is retained for the duration of the event and deleted within 30 days after the event concludes.
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in event-related media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform event staff.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
We retain your account and registration data to support future event registrations and provide you with your participation history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
