By registering for or participating in the Eastern Sierra Jamboree (“the Event”), organized by the Northern Mono Chamber of Commerce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
The Eastern Sierra Jamboree is a guided ATV/UTV trail ride event held on USFS (United States Forest Service) trails in the Eastern Sierra Nevada region. All participants must be registered and have signed all required waivers before participating in any ride.
All rides are rated Intermediate or Advanced. Ride leaders reserve the right to exclude any participant they determine is not capable of completing a ride safely. Helmets and whip flags are mandatory on all vehicles at all times.
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
Eastern Sierra Jamboree processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Off-road vehicle operation involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, property damage, and death. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to sign all required liability waivers. The Northern Mono Chamber of Commerce, event organizers, ride leaders, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets all ride-specific requirements (4WD capability, tire size, ground clearance, etc.). Vehicles must be in safe operating condition. Event staff may inspect vehicles and deny participation if safety standards are not met.
Participants must follow all ride leader instructions, stay on designated trails, respect the natural environment, and treat fellow participants, staff, and volunteers with courtesy. The event takes place on USFS land—all forest service regulations apply. Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The Eastern Sierra Jamboree reserves the right to modify the event schedule, routes, or activities due to weather, trail conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a full cancellation by the organizer, registered participants will receive a full refund.
